Warranty Policy

1-Year Limited Warranty

Element Group Inc. warrants all Element bikes against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

What's covered

The following components are covered under this warranty:

  • Frame and fork
  • Motor and battery (e-bikes)
  • Charger and controller (e-bikes)
  • Display unit (e-bikes)
  • Brakes and brake hardware
  • Suspension components
  • Drivetrain components

Warranty coverage is limited to parts only. Labour costs for warranty repairs are not covered. Customer is responsible for shipping the product to Element for warranty assessment.

What's not covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear (cables, brake pads, tires, chain, grips)
  • Damage from accidents, collisions, or misuse
  • Damage from improper assembly or installation
  • Commercial use or rental applications
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Components not supplied by Element
  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, paint chips) after delivery

How to file a claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  • Contact Element at info@elementgroup.ca or 1-833-999-7873
  • Provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Provide the bike's serial number (located under the bottom bracket)
  • Include photos or video showing the defect

Our team will review your claim and respond within two business days. If the claim is approved, Element will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the affected component or bike.

Limitation of liability

This warranty is the exclusive remedy. Element Group Inc. shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from province to province.
