30-Day Exchange Window
We want you on the right bike. If your Element isn't the right fit, we offer exchanges within thirty (30) days of delivery.
Exchange conditions
- Exchange request submitted within 30 days of confirmed delivery
- Bike is in resalable condition — no significant damage
- Odometer reads under 50 km (e-bikes) or equivalent minimal use
- Original packaging and all accessories included
How exchanges work
- Contact Element at info@elementgroup.ca or 1-833-999-7873 to start the process
- We'll confirm eligibility and issue a Return Authorization
- Ship the original bike back to us (customer pays outbound shipping)
- Element ships the replacement once the original is received and inspected
Price differences
If the replacement bike costs more than the original, you will be charged the difference. If it costs less, Element will issue store credit for the difference. No cash refunds are issued under the exchange policy.
Store credit
Store credit issued under the exchange policy is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. It can be applied to any Element purchase including accessories and parts.
